Location! If you want to wake up to the waves, this oceanfront beach house is the place! I stayed here on my last vacation to Kauai and it was everything I hoped for and more. The owners, Pamela and Kevin accommodated all of our needs and the extras provided with our stay made it even better. They have a selection of various equipment you can use during your stay for FREE; one being a surfboard. Having never tried, I went to try it out but Pam could see I was struggling out the window and ran down in her swimsuit to give me some pointers. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re on Kauai.

OAHU

Travelers heading to Oahu and are planning to stay in a vacation rental instead of a hotel should take note of a recently enacted law that started on October 23, 2022. The bill requires bookings for short-term rentals in residential areas to be for stays of at least 90 days. The law will not apply to vacation rentals in designated resort areas, including Ko Olina, Turtle Bay and parts of Waikiki.
