Along with the millions of people who live in the city that never sleeps, there are millions of spots to get that perfect picture. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite places to get your Instagram looking it's best.
Here are the best Instagram spots in New York City

Empire State Building
The Empire State Building can be seen from many locations near and far and stands at 1,250 feet tall. For the best panoramic views of the city, this famous observation deck is a must. Other observation decks to consider are the Top of the Rock and World, One World Observatory or the Edge.

Statue of Liberty
Lady Liberty is about as New York as you can get. To get to this epic location, visitors must travel by ferry. Once on the island, you can get up close and personal as seen below.

Brooklyn Bridge
This is arguably one of the best spots in the city to take pictures at sunrise or sunset. Fair warning, the bridge get's insanely busy throughout the day, especially in the summer. The Brooklyn Bridge Pedestrian Walkway begins at the intersection of Tillary Street and Boerum Place.

Central Park
Central Park is spread across 843 acres and filled with meadows, hills, lakes, and ponds. The park has dozens of beautiful views as well making it an incredibly nice place to take pictures. Central Park stretches from North 110th Street to Central Park South (59th Street), and from Central Park West (8th Avenue) to 5th Avenue.

Times Square
Times Square is one of those areas that you have to witness but do not need to spend a ton of time at. The complete chaos of the area can make for a vibrant and very New York City Instagram post. Times Square is located between Seventh Avenue and 42nd Street.

Manhattan Bridge (DUMBO)
Dumbo is quickly becoming one of the city's hottest neighborhoods. To get the perfect shot, stand at the intersection of Water Street and Washington Street in Dumbo. Visitors can get the most perfect shot in between buildings of the Manhattan Bridge.

Summit One Vanderbilt
I will never forget my experience at Summit One Vanderbilt. There are multiple rooms you can enter with the most amazing views. Summit One is located at 45 East 42nd Street.

The Vessel (Hudson Yards)
The Vessel is located inside of Hudson Yards, located on the West side of Manhattan. The structure has easily become one of the most instagrammable places in NYC. The Vessel is a public art installation that is 15-stories high, consisting of stairwells and 80 viewing platforms located at 20 Hudson Yards. If you’re adventurous, climb to the top for an epic view of the city.

Pietro Nolita
The healthy Italian restaurant doesn't take reservations, however, it is well worth the wait! I'd recommend taking a photo on the super cute pink bench outside of the restaurant. If you’re in NYC for a girls getaway. Pietro Nolita is located at 174 Elizabeth Street.

The Oculus at the World Trade Center - 185 Greenwich St.
Nomo Soho - 9 Crosby Street
